This is an academic placement, so we need your college's internship letter — attach it in the "Additional document" slot on the form. Stipend is negotiable and agreed with you and your college, along with working hours and start date, before you begin.
Interns who do outstanding work receive a performance bonus at the end of the placement, and are first in line when a paid role opens up.
